Captain Dermody Triangle

Bayside, NY

May 23, 2022

After three years, the Bayside Historical Society invited us back to Captain Dermody Triangle in Bayside, Queens. At center is a stone monument commemorating the sacrifice of Captain Dermody who was a Captain in the original 67th NY. We were joined by local politicians and civil associations for this pre-Memorial Day ceremony that concluded with hanging a wreath from the monument.
