6th Annual Smithtown Historical Society
Civil War Program

Smithtown, NY

May 15 - 17, 2009

FINALLY!!! After four years Mother Nature showed us mercy and spared us the annual torrents of rain upon us for the Friday school program at Smithtown Historical Society. We were joined by the the Confederates (9th and 30th Virginia), the 10th New York Cavalry, Jackson's Flying Artillery, and we delivered a great show for the 600+ kids that attended. As for the 67th New York we had a fine Muster Roll: 11 men on Friday and 10 for the Living History on Sunday.
